Are You a Privileged Customer? If you have purchased a Systems & Solutions computer from us and it is still operational then you are most definitely a Privileged Customer. You should have received confirmation of this during early June 2006 but if you haven't there are reasons why this has occurred. If you purchased your new computer before August 2003 then you will not appear on our current Database. If we do not have your email address or it has changed then we will not be able to communicate with you.
