- Turnaround time
The normal turnaround time for the average repair is 2 working days and in cases where a High Priority is required it is often possible to reduce this even further.
- You stay in control
We operate a Minimum Charge system which includes the first hour of work which enables us to quickly deal with most basic problems.
If additional time or parts are required then we always contact you before proceeding.
We make sure that you understand the options available and we give clear helpful advice and recommendations to allow you to make the right decision.

In addition to the Minimum Charge system which enables you to control initial costs we also have an Hourly Rate sliding scale structure which reduces the more time we spend.
We always try to make an early evaluation of the main problems so that we can plan and/or suggest the most cost effective solution.
- Workshop Report
With every repair, we issue a Workshop Report which clearly explains the work done including charges but also gives advice and recommendations for the future operation of the computer.
- Your data kept safe
Before carrying out any major work on your computer we will always backup your data and restore it to it's original location whenever possible.
- Home Visits
When it is not possible or appropriate to visit our Workshop, a Home Visit can be arranged. Only a phone call or email is required to discuss the problem or work required and to arrange a suitable time.
