CD's, DVD's and Floppy Disks
Blank CD and DVD disks are ideal for archiving or making a copy of large amounts of data such as photographs, music etc. A CD holds approx. 700MB of data whereas a DVD will hold 4.7GB.

Floppy disks are used less and less nowadays and in fact a lot of new computers do not have floppy drives fitted. At Systems & Solutions we still fit drives and we still supply disks

Blank CD-Rs are usually sold in packs of 25.
DVD+Rs and DVD-Rs are also sold in packs of 25.
DVD+RDL dual layer disks are sold singly or in packs of 5.
A dual layer DVD disk will hold 8.5GB of data.
Formatted floppy disks supplied in boxes of 10.

USB Pen Drives
There are a number of different names used for these devices such as Memory Sticks, Gizmos etc and they have become the main form of temporary media storage on modern computer systems.
