To add/remove buttons from the toolbar go to View, Toolbars and click on Customise. From here you can drag and drop buttons to/from your toolbar.

Go to Bookmarks > Bookmark This Page and enter a name for the bookmark (if desired) and in the Create in field, click the drop down box and go to Bookmarks Toolbar Folder. When you click OK, the bookmark will instantly appear in the toolbar above the tabs.

If a website is not being displayed correclty in your Firefox browser, you can report it to the development team by clicking on Help and then clicking on Report Broken Web Site. You will then be taken through a wizard which will help you submit the problem to the Firefox team.
