What is The Privileged Customer Scheme?
This is a new scheme which we are introducing during June
2006 to reward customers who have purchased and are still using a Systems &
Solutions computer.
It also enables us to increase the level of Customer Service
we offer which is always our number one priority.
What are the Benefits?
- Free
Annual PC Health Check
A free annual PC Health check will be carried out on any Systems &
Solutions computer by prior arrangement. This applies for the working life
of the PC.
- Reduced
Workshop Charges
Reduced rates will apply for all Labour charges for any Workshop
Repair carried out for a Privileged Customer.
- Workshop Priority
Priority will be given where possible to any Privileged Customer's PC brought into the workshop for
repair.
- New
PC Part Exchange Discount
10% Part Exchange discount will be given off a New PC Base Unit provided
it is replaced within 2 years.
- Access
to Privileged Customer Section on Website
A Download Centre, Hints/Tips & Tech Information, Special Offers, Technical Support Request and more.
- Free
Telephone Assistance
Available for any problem related to a S&S PC in or out of
warranty period.
- Special
Offers
As and when available.
- Recommendations
Voucher
If a Privileged Customer makes a recommendation which results in a PC
Sale or repair then an email voucher will be issued as appropriate.
